Our History

George Matocha established Matocha Associates in 1977 following his five year tenure at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. While there, he served as Assistant Director of Planning & Construction. Since 1977, Matocha Associates has grown steadily. Our business has been built on reliable performance, personal involvement, sensible fixed fees, and the confidence of repeat clients.

From the beginning, the underlying purpose of Matocha Associates has been to provide project solutions that respond to client needs by combining the best elements of Planning, Architecture, and Engineering.

By streamlining these into the project development process, Matocha Associates is positioned to deliver projects quickly and for a lower overall cost.
