Matocha Associates acted as the Manager and Owner’s Representative for the design and construction of multiple renovation projects within the Hotel including the Spa, Penthouse Suites, Presidential Suite, 50th Floor Suites as well as the interior remodeling of the typical rooms located on floors five through forty-nine. Each project had different organizational structures and delivery methods with multiple team members.
