Hilton – Garden Inn & Expansion

The new three-story, 73,500 sf. Hilton Garden Inn Hotel & Conference Center features 128 guest rooms, a full service kitchen, indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room, and meeting & banquet rooms. Because the schedule required a fast track, the drawings were completed in just six weeks by modifying and customizing a proto-typical building. With the success of the original Hilton Garden Inn, additional space was needed to accommodate the special event and hotel demand. The expansions includes 56 additional guest rooms and a new entry pavilion to the existing 128 guest rooms. The addition also provides new ballroom and meeting spaces, a new restaurant, and kitchen and laundry areas.
