Matocha Associates designed a new 93,000 sf industrial warehouse with 20,000 sf dedicated office space. The space also includes computer and communication systems, warehouse equipment, and test kitchen appliances and equipment. Because energy management was a concern, proper designs incorporated electrical technologies that maximize lighting and electrical output, provide more efficient lighting to disparate work areas, and are more cost-effective to operate. In addition to the original facility, we designed a new 1,750 sf freezer building addition and parking lot.
