The Villager of LaGrange came to Matocha Associates seeking project management services while the construction of their new parking garage was underway. The Owner needed help controlling problems impacting the budget and schedule. The new 2-story parking garage providing 320 parking spaces was constructed in 9 months. The design of the structure includes a post tensioned reinforced concrete with brick and precast concrete facade.
