The project includes a 90,000 sf. addition to an existing fin-tube manufacturing facility and a new building for metal roll “sitting” and processing. The exterior consists of masonry and metal skin. The interior includes overhead crane, “slitter pits”, and machinery trenches and foundations. Also included are office spaces, locker room, conference room, and all associated mechanical/electrical/plumbing work.
